Nourish. Balance. Thrive.

Formulated for what the body can actually absorb

A large number on a label means nothing if the form behind it never reaches your bloodstream. We choose forms first, doses second, and marketing last.

Our Approach

Bioavailability before bravado

The supplement aisle rewards the biggest number on the front of the bottle. Physiology does not. Magnesium oxide and magnesium glycinate can carry the same milligram figure and behave completely differently in the body.

AVÉLORA formulations start from the form: chelated minerals where absorption demands it, activated vitamin forms for people who convert poorly, and cofactors included because the primary nutrient needs them — not because they look impressive on a panel.

Doses are set within ranges supported by research and kept below tolerable upper limits. Where a nutrient works better taken with food, at night, or split across the day, we print that on the label instead of hiding it in a blog post.

The Range

Four needs, honestly addressed

Built to complement a diet, not to replace one — and to be taken together without duplication.

01

Daily Foundations

The essentials, done properly

Multivitamin, vitamin D with K2, omega-3 and magnesium — the nutrients most commonly short in modern diets, in forms chosen for absorption and dosed for daily long-term use.

  • Multivitamin
  • D3 + K2
  • Omega-3
  • Magnesium
02

Beauty From Within

Skin, hair and nails

Collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, biotin and antioxidant botanicals, developed alongside our skin care division so an internal and topical routine reinforce rather than duplicate each other.

  • Collagen peptides
  • Hyaluronic acid
  • Antioxidant complex
  • Hair & nails
03

Vitality & Balance

Energy, focus, resilience

B-complex, adaptogenic botanicals and metabolic support for people managing demanding schedules — formulated to support normal function, not to promise transformation.

  • B-complex
  • Adaptogens
  • Immune support
  • Metabolic
04

Rest & Recovery

The other half of health

Magnesium glycinate, L-theanine and calming botanicals for evening use, plus joint and muscle recovery support. Free of sedating antihistamines and habit-forming compounds.

  • Sleep support
  • Calm complex
  • Joint care
  • Recovery

Final specifications, serving sizes and availability are confirmed at launch. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Sourcing & Testing

From raw material to finished batch

Supplements are only as trustworthy as the supply chain behind them. Ours is documented at every handover.

  • Raw materials qualified by supplier audit and certificate of analysis
  • Identity and potency testing on incoming ingredients
  • Manufacturing in facilities operating to current Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Finished-batch testing for heavy metals, microbial contamination and label accuracy
  • Independent third-party laboratories, not only in-house results
  • Batch numbers traceable back to the certificate that released them

Good To Know

Questions worth asking any brand

It depends entirely on what is being corrected. Repleting a genuine deficiency can change how you feel within weeks; structural effects such as skin, hair or joint support are usually assessed at twelve weeks or more. Anything promising results in days deserves scepticism.
Often not. A varied diet covers most needs for most people. Supplements are useful for documented gaps — vitamin D in northern winters, B12 on a plant-based diet, iron where testing shows a shortfall. We would rather you test than guess, and we will say so.
Ask your physician or pharmacist first. Several common nutrients interact meaningfully with prescription drugs — vitamin K with anticoagulants, magnesium and calcium with certain antibiotics, St John's Wort with a long list. This is not a formality; please check.
Where a formulation can be made without animal-derived materials without compromising the active form, it is. Where it cannot — marine collagen and fish-derived omega-3 being the clearest cases — the label states the source plainly.
That an independent laboratory with no commercial interest in the result verifies identity, potency and contaminant limits on the finished batch — not just the raw material, and not just our own laboratory. We tie those results to the batch code printed on the bottle.
